Haiku of Morbid Obesity

Hoo, that dude is fat!
who keeps feeding him in bed?
his wife does, that's who.

Why doesn't she stop
giving in to his demands?
he can't leave the bed!

If he can't leave bed
his power cannot extend
beyond his arm's reach.

Its all in the mind-
big man and enabler
sadly, both are trapped.

In the end he dies,
it could end no other way-
tragic conclusion.
