Just prior to the pig flip at the halfway point. Men grab rack handles and flip the whole grill over. No pig was lost, amen!Well, you've probably heard about it now from my Facebook postings, or maybe even over at www.brokenmercyfellowship.com, but yeah, I finally got a blurb done up on the whole experience, and if you click the photo, you can read all you want.
